NGU Glass operates a state-of-the-art smart factory, producing tempered glass, insulated glass, and a wide range of precision glass products with world-class technology and innovation.

NGU Glass Co., Ltd., a subsidiary located in Gijang, Busan, has officially entered the secondary glass processing business with its dedicated smart factory.

Built on a 11,220㎡ site, the factory has been established as a state-of-the-art smart facility by upgrading the Full Automatic production line from Austria’s Lisec. Every stage of the process—from raw glass handling and automatic cutting to sorting, stacking, and insulated glass production—is seamlessly automated in real time, minimizing manual work and downtime while maximizing efficiency.

On this advanced production foundation, NGU Glass applies high-performance processes such as TPS (TPA) warm-edge spacers and argon gas-filled secondary sealing (up to 30mm), enabling the stable supply of diverse high-value products including insulated, triple, shaped, and step glass. With the capability to produce glass sizes of up to 2600 × 4000mm, NGU Glass meets the needs of both domestic and global customers.
